    • SPRINKLE AS A GARNISH — These freeze dried yoghurt flakes are delicious when sprinkled over fruit or onto hot cereal, adding a creamy taste and texture. Mix the flakes with sea salt and sprinkle over roast potatoes for a tasty garnish. They also add a special touch to chocolates and truffles when sprinkled over them.
    • REHYDRATE THE FLAKES — When the flakes are rehydrated, stir the yoghurt into your muesli or make some delicious fruit yoghurt cups. Add pomegranate seeds or passion fruit into the yoghurt as a deliciously creamy snack or honey for added sweetness. Bulk up your smoothies and give them a creamier texture.
    • MIX WITH VEGETABLES — Yoghurt goes very well with sweet vegetables. For a change at mealtimes, combine it with mashed sweet potatoes, roasted butternut squash or pumpkin puree.
    • USE WITH MEAT AND FISH — Mix the flakes into a marinade for fish to add a pleasant tang and help keep the fish tender while cooking. Incorporate the yoghurt into a sauce for meat ravioli.
    • THE HEALTH BENEFITS — Rich in nutrients, yoghurt is high in calcium, B vitamins, phosphorus, potassium, magnesium and protein. It promotes your bone health and aids digestion. It also has a low lactose content.
