Sorghum Syrup is high in iron, potassium, and calcium and is delicious at breakfast on hot buttered biscuits, grits, and pancakes. It’s an excellent sweetener for baked beans and barbecue sauce. In ginger snaps and gingerbread it’s a good substitute for molasses or enjoy it over vanilla ice cream.
