Ready to use with lovely pungent flavour and the heat of fresh ginger -- nut and gluten free making them an excellent choice for special diets and for vegetarian and vegan cooking. Ginger Paste is perfect for preparing tartare of tuna or scallop and curries including Butter Chicken or Thai Green Curry and is excellent in Teriyaki marinade for steak, salmon or chicken. It can also be added to simple syrups for use in fruit salads or cocktails.
