Matsutake Soy Sauce is a light or white type soy sauce that's infused with matsutake mushrooms giving it a savoury and aromatic flavour with notes of pine and white pepper. A stand-alone soy that's spectacular with sushi and has a natural affinity for uni. It's also delicious as a finish for clay-braised pork. Add it to steamed mussels or fish. Finish pan-fried matsutake mushrooms with it. Stir it into a clear mushroom broth or ramen as a garnish.
