Lemon Vinegar 500 ml Viniteau
Fresh citrus flavour perfect for salads or marinades. Lemon Vinegar is made by macerating ripe lemons in white wine vinegar. Use it to make the vinegar reduction for a hollandaise sauce. Whisk with extra virgin olive oil and fresh herbs to make a dressing for seafood salad with shrimp, squid and mussels or grain salads like freekeh or Israeli couscous. It is delicious in a vegetable giardiniera or marinades for grilled fish or chicken.
